Tips for resolving failed downloads or corrupted downloads
Here are some tips when attempting a Download after a failed attempt...
Make sure your Security Software is not Scanning on Download Do not use a Download Accelerator (these can be in ISP Software, Toolbars, etc...) Clear your Download Cache before attempting the download again If you are trying to use a Wireless connection, use a Hardwired Connection to avoid any corruption of the download file.
If the issue persists, please contact Support and provide your Operating System, Browser Version, and type of connection. Please include the Order Number and product downloading.
